What is HIIT TO FIT?
I’ve never been much of a cardio person but am acutely aware of how important cardio is for weight loss and overall heart health. This program is 4 days a week and each day we are starting with a main tempo movement and finishing with a HIIT circuit. Slow tempo movement simply means allowing an increase of work to happen to the muscle by testing it under that tension. Afterward, we will hit a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuit that will give you the burst of cardio needed to not only achieve your fitness goals but to keep it fun along the way!
