Body by Ash


This program is designed for the athlete, or the experienced lifter, in mind who’s ready to take it to the next level. Programmed for 4 days a week, not only will your strength increase, your body will begin to tighten and tone as well. I have incorporated new methods of training including: strongman, powerlifting, HIIT and body building movements so that you’ll feel and look like a badass without getting bored. Step into the madness of my unique programming which has helped so many of my 1on1 clients look and feel their best!
